Users can apply Contingencies, Escalations and Mark-ups as functions of total cost, total price or as functions of labour, equipment, material and subcontracts as well as automatically calculate insurance, bonding and guarantees. After applying the overall margins users can spread or unbalance these margins along with indirect costs and plant across an individual items or a range of items.
