Within the System, you can enter and store a library of resource rates that you can draw on when bidding a project. When you create an estimate, you have the option of linking the bid to a particular resource file. Resource rates include labour, equipment, material and subcontracts. The system also allows you to setup a library of crews with specific production rates and of assemblies of materials.

Users can setup custom formula in order to calculate and summarize labour payroll burdens, overtime and travel costs. The same features are available to calculate equipment ownership and operating costs.

Users can setup multiple resource files in different currencies or setup multiple rates for the same resource in the same resource file. For example users can switch between internally owned, leased or rented equipment rates or switch between domestic or imported material.
